I have a 2004 400 suzuki tiger,after running it for 15mn or so it quits, if i cut the key or kill switch off then back on it will start again run a little and quit again any ideas. thanks for any help

 

Will it start again if you don’t switch off, i.e. just wait a couple of minutes? If so, it could be a fuel problem, either the tank vent blocked, check by removing the cap when the fault is on, a sucking noise and the quad running OK with a loose cap indicates this, or the tap could be playing up, try it on reserve and prime. If it is an electrical fault, things are more complicated.

 

thanks I tried all of that even redid the carb,replaced the oil cool fan switch,cause the temp/oil light would flicker a little when it would die.but still the same.
