well i went through the manual and i can find the compression spec for the life of me i can find every spec for engine but comp spec thats weird, 105 sounds low to me after engine warm but it should be drive able. ckd throttle needle and call for second position that seems correct, did you pull off the vacuum line off the fuel pump and inspect for no sign of fuel ? this will make engine bog

"Also, I know a lot of people reccomend only running three rollers,"..
ya, a lot of ppl don't have a clue. It's about roller weight and I don't know what weight those rollers are. With the smaller OD, it should help with the take-off. Adjusting roller weight is usually not needed for a stock machine Altho removing 2 rollers does smooth it out some but it will suffer on top end a lil.
With modifications come roller weight adjustments.
Comp is prolly good. Rings need to seat and certainly has not had enough run time to do so....90 minimum usually.

It ended up being the front clutch. Spacer and washers were all installed wrong and rollers were not correct. After rebuilding it correctly with the right parts, it has been running great. My son has been riding it for the past few years with no other issues!

I knew those rollers wouldn't work.
Use only Suzuki parts.

Default Rebuilt LT80 won't go into power band

Hoping I can find some help having similar issues with my LT80 I rebuilt the top end and everything seems to be running fine and fires right up it idle is good and you can even ride it but when you try to accelerate it at a certain point right before power man it seems to bog down it's a little better when I feather into it but still won't quite go into powerband and with me on it it's even worse my kid can ride it around just fine as long as he's putting but the minute he tries to gas it it accelerates up to a certain point and then just falls flat on its face I don't know if I'm having a car issue I've pulled out apart and cleaned it a couple times and everything seems to be working fine I replace the petcock and got rid of the vacuum pet **** deal I don't know what else it could be other than a carburetor fuel issue

First thing is to check the exhaust is not plugged, as I posted originally. After that, there is lots of stuff in earlier posts on this thread, to check through.
