Running a 06 Kawi kfx80 same thing as lt80. More parts for Suzuki..

I've done some basic research. Plan on starting with new chain & sprocket + tensioner and a fresh belt.
Any suggestions on exhaust? Etc... thoughts on widening stance

We raced these for years. Your plan needs some "fine tuning" let's call it.
Tires, you are going to need some 6.5x8x16. And gearing to match. Obviously you've been on Midwest mini's site. Get their tensioner for sure, wait on gearing till you know what you are going to do.
A wore belt is much better for racing. Doubt you'll need a new one.
Currently, the only good pipe is the CT standard travel pipe.
Widen: spacers or Texiera Tech makes a fine front end kit. Don't like their rear because the only pipe made for it sucks. There are other kits out there.
Suspension is the worst part. You'll need some shocks.
So what's done to the motor? You'll need that to really go.
Which series are you planning on running? ATVMX Nationals?
I take it you have deep pockets? Racing takes that ya know.

Currently the bike is stock. I'm willing to put some money in the bike and give him a shot. Just want to do it right.
