what size trailer?
I had to add a 16" extension to my old trailer for this combination. Started out at 16' - 6" so that made the deck length 17' - 10". That was loading end to end a Prairie 650, Eiger 400 and TRX90. The P650 had a rack extension to hold an aux fuel tank that made it about 8" longer than normal.
You can get by eith a shorter trailer if you load / turn them sideways. Most big quads are 42" to 44" wide and 90cc bikes run about 38" so you're looking at a 12' long trailer with at least a 6 1/2" wide deck.

what size trailer?
rsw007, My choice would be an 18 footer & as wide as the law allows. This is the size a friend of mine has & he hauled 3 big quads out to Moab & had room to spare. His was a Haulmark, & he plans on making it into a little camper up front , which would be a lot better than sleeping in a tent, or a motel & wondering if you're gonna wake up & find the whole shebang stolen. In my case , i would be hauling 2 big ATV's & 2 big cruiser motorcycles, as my son & i always go together. My friends Haulmark had all the necessary accessories, diamond stone guard all around, nice rear door/ramp, lighting, really a good looking rig & i've seen a lot of them. He also got a killer deal at less than $5,000. I offered him $5,500 when we were at Moab for it, more or less joking, but i would have taken it if he woulda sold it to me at that price. I get very little sleep at the motels when traveling with my toys, as i'm up looking out the window all during the night, or i just go out & try to sleep in my truck. I lost a new Polaris 600 to thieves & it wasn't insured, so i'm really careful not to let that happen again with my 650 AC & Kawasaki 1500 Vulcan Nomad. Regards, Jerico1
P.S. I'm talking about an enclosed trailer by the way, as i suspose you knew.
