Are you telling me people are still riding? I thought everybody was taking the summer off, oh wait that's me, 78 days with no riding for me, sounds like an alcoholic on the wagon
Hi, My name is Jayna, I am a quadaholic...it's been 54 days since my last ride...I'm there with you Larry, haven't ridden since Easton. Can't wait for FLORENCE!!!Florence, Dunes, Florence, Dunes, Florence, Dunes...51 days!!! Wahoo!
I was crunchin numbers, and came up with 105 days without a ride. I'm very sorry for the horrible times in your life. If you ride tommorow it will be good. i say you just got the suzukifluvirus-400. Tell your boss it isn't fatal but needs one day of rest to make it go away.
Very tempting, but considering I am only back to work for my 4th day after 7 weeks off, I think he would have a litter of kittens if I took another day off for suzukifluvirus-400. Besides, I am figuring a couple more weeks of physical torture, I mean physical therapy and I will probably be up for an easy day ride just to make sure my quad isn't completely pissed at me for ignoring it for 105 days, then taking it to the dunes and running the crap out of it. Gotta work it into shape for the dunes. I don't want it bucking me off like last time.

So looks like I will hold off for trick or treating and see if I can swing the z450. I do like the idea of the building out my z400 to a 465 though. I would like both. I guess I will have to start saving my pennies. Alot. Thanks for the advice everyone.

Cheech,
Someone mentioned to me that you really like the autoclutch you put in your Kawi, and I saw a post a page or so ago from you mentioning an autoclutch. What's the one you were talking about or have. Was it hard to install? Is it pretty durable? Does it do well on climbing dunes and treeshots? Thinking I might like that option. Thanks.

Dinger put an auto clutch in his Z400, you have the option of manually clutching or auto clutching, it's no different than shifting with a clutch, just when you don't want to clutch, you don't, just shift, that's what I remember about his auto clutch.

Good mornin PSAR,
anyone know what to do if you have a new machine and your heading to Sand Lake and you haven't got your tabs and ORV stickers yet?
Do you just carry your reciept and DOL certificate of ownership application with you? I know that's what I'd do here in WA but what about Or. will that fly or will I get a ticket?

Good mornin' PSAR

Another long day ahead.

Jayna, it's a Rekluse Z-Start Auto clutch. I'm thinking of one for my 450R

Randy, take you paper work with you and you should be fine.

Actually, I am fairly certain that if you stop at the Sandlake store just before heading down the road the the campground they sell Oregon state ORV tags for $10(I think) and they are good for 2 years. I don't think you need your registration to get one either, I think you just buy the permit and stick it on whatever ride you bought it for. They don't license ATV's down with tabs like they do here.
