YFn: Thanks a bunch!!! I'll call them and pick there brain. I did call a couple dealers today and so far everyone's saying it's a Green sticker ATV. I also checked a web site (link below) titled "Highway Motor Vehicle Recreation Divsion". Their info is still out-dated. (cut and pasted).

Remember to swap 2003 for 1997. The Parks Dept. has yet to update their web site with the new rules.
Does anyone know if it's still Manuf. Date of Jan 1, 2003, or if it is Model Year 2003?

Well..... all is good! I went dowm to the DMV with my Red Sticker, discussed the problem with them and traded in my (incorrect) Red Sticker for a "Green" one. As I figured though, it wasn't real quick. Not like: "Oh.., okay here's your Green sticker" They had to get out their reference documents, read, look at the title, read, look at the title and discuss it back and forth for a while. Finally they agreed and swaped the stickers out. Not to brutal really.....
