how much speed do you loose when you drop a tooth in the front?

Default how much speed do you loose when you drop a tooth in the front?
Also a good rule of thumb and I think it's pretty standard, for every tooth you drop in the front would be equal to adding 3 teeth to the rear. That probably works the same in reverse as well.
