Wow, this is the first time I saw someone mispell "raptor" so terribly wrong.
But the one disc that has a smaller friction surface goes on the end of the stack (I think the top of the stack, so it would be closest to the outside of the motor. If you look at the part of the clutch boss and pressure plate where the friction pads make contact you'll see one (I think it's the pressure plate) that has a smaller area for the pad to contact.

theres 2 smaller discs, one is 2nd from the back that has a clutch boss spring inside it, then one that is on the outside that contacts the pressure plate. i dont know what the boss spring does, but that one is smaller so that spring fits inside, and the outside smaller disc is because of the way the pressure plate is.
