Is this a Kodiak? Never the less I would suggest putting everything back in like stock and see what happens. What does it run like? Or does it? I put a jet kit in my Kodiak and never had problems like that at all. One thing to look for is your spacers on your needle. Again this is for 2000-2002 Kodiak, but you should leave off the plastic spacer with the dyno kit. Other than this install the stock jets back and try it. Mine ran better and was faster with the stock jetting than any other dyno jet combo I tried. I checked mine with my GPS. Good luck.

KILLER250r, you are definately missing something. My Kodiak along with many other will run while under water. Also, mine has quit several times "for various reasons" while under water and has started back up after about 10 to 15 seconds. Only once did water make it to the head where it locked up and wouldnt crank. When that happend I also did not have my intake snorkel on and got water into the airbox and float bowl. I had to be pulled out. I took out the spark plug and pumped the water out, drained the float bowl and airbox and the Kodiak fired right up. Due to the design of the crankcase breather tube on the Kodiaks I have never ever gotten water into the crankcase. After what I have seen with other atvs I would put my Kodiak up against any atv made in the water. "Hopfully" I will get time to scan about 20 more pics to go up tonight. These will be water and mud. It has the Kodiak standing straight up and down stuck in a pond and one has me in water "off and beside the Kodiak" neck deep. I truely love that kind of riding and am very fortunate to have an atv that will stand up to it week in and week out. Also, thanks for viewing my pictures and I hope you liked them.
