Default The clutch rebuild...

I am in the middle of rebuilding my clutch and I got heavy springs from alba. I have noticed that when I tighten the springs all the way down that the washers on the bolts do not look like they can handle it. They look like they are bending and the springs might push past the washer.
Anyone done this that can give some advice maybe I am doing something wrong....

make sure the cluth face is in correctly...otherwise this sounds like you may have a problem...take a deep breath and re-check

Get new bolts. I had the old stock bolts with the normal ring washers, and they bent and one actually broke when I pulled my clutch lever in (Trinity HARD springs). I replaced all the bolts with new ones from my Yami dealer with the thicker washer connected to the bolt head. Shouldnt have any more problems!
