Actually, I work for a school district and when there are snow days, I get the day off! =). I have spent all morning online looking for my quad (rap 660). Not having much luck locally, I want to buy a new leftover 04. Will let you know how i make out with the 150.

Don't know if I posted this before, I know choke problems have been brought up several times:
manual choke fix
sounds pretty straightforward and simple, worth checking out.

I'm definitely going to try that. Yamoto is sending me a new e-choke this week so I'll try and drill out the old one if the new one doesn't fix the problem.

I tried the electric to manual choke conversion and it seems to have worked. I rode it around yesterday and it fired right up this morning. I have mine screwed completely out. Before it would flood real easy if you touched the throttle. Now you have to give it gas to start it. I'll keep you guys posted if I have any problems with it.

Sounds great kingdave, Do you leave it screwed out or turn it in after it warms up?

Right now I just have it screwed out. I'll experiment with it this week and see. I would image it would need to be screwed in a little bit.
