I found my post on jetting the 150...

"I went to bigger jets on the 150 and it runs very strong now. From idle to top speed the quad feels and sounds much better than stock. Cold start up is much better now also. I replaced the stock pilot jet, a #35 with a #38 and the stock 105 main jet with a 109. Those are the jets I took out of my 200."

Should say that the fuel screw is 2 turns out and Im using a UNI POD air filter..

The front pulley of the CVT can be removed without a impact gun.. but you will need to come up with some way to hold the pulley so it doesnt turn..

What elevation are you using the quad at? mine are used between sea level and 3000'..

I got the 1.75" X 4" long UNI Pod on my 150, 200, and 250 Quads.
