cutting front fenders????
Mark where to cut with sharpie, bust out sawzall, cut away (make sure you're not cutting anything other than what you want I.E wires, supports, etc.) Sand down ragged cuts with fine grit. Easy to do, not very pretty. I'm sure someone else has better suggestion, sorry, all I could think of. I draw one side with a sharpie, don't worry it rubs off. I cut it off with a jig saw. I use a angle grinder, with the sandpaper flapper wheel to even it out and shape the corners. Once I am satisfied with the one side, I make a template with a newspaper and flip it over and trace it out on the other side. Repeat cutting and grinding until the two sides look the same. Then get out your sandpaper, sand away, round the edges, go up in grit until you are using a very fin epaper. If you take your time, it will look factory.
