Ok i know the hp rating is high for a 650 on the bomb, relative to a 750brute i believe? Ugh has anyone raced the two? Sucks to say it but my guess maybe i lose by a length or two in the 1/8th mile, or be more even. Dont know enough about the bomb 650. Respond. -joe

 

The bomb might win the race, but i wouldnt give up the kawi for the bomb.

 

i dont know about the 650 bomb beating a bf650i. especially if the 650i can hang with the 750i. all of these bigbores are reletivly close in HP and speed. i think it basically comes down to the little things and which do you prefer. cant really go wrong with any of them.

 

True. I guess we will need someone who has actually witnessed a race or two to give us details.

 

During the WSPS atv race series, all the quads are 700cc and less. So the quads that race are the Bomb650, KQ700, AC700, BF650i, and a Rincon. The 650bomb gets the hole shot in every single race and ussally by a lot, All the riders are top notch, so it isn't the rider.

 

Rotax makes some siiiiiiiiiick motors. but id rather have a Kawi!

Damn not what i wanted to hear, if rotax can develop a 650 that strong step it up kawasaki lol. I'd like to ride one i mean crap, the 650i feels very strong out of the hole its just hard to imagine the bomb 650 bein that much ahead, but like i said i dont know enough about it. later -joe

 

I have see a bomb650, kawie 650i and a honda rincon680 race the other day over about 150 yards and the outy 650 won by about 1/2 a quad length over the bf650i. With that said, both are about the same in the power & torque department. What you should really decide on are the other features like handling, comfort, mudding, etc. It really comes down to what you will mostly be doing with it. Personally, you can't go wrong with any of them. I really like the CAN-AM trailing arm independent suspension. To me, it is almost the best of both worlds of SRA and IRS.

 

that's hard to imagine. i wonder how they would both do chipped? does a bomb really wake up? does the 650i?

 

I think the bombs gets the power to the ground better its not the engine its in the clutch
