LT80 Suzuki. Front clutch wearing groove in belt

If not I think I found the part number to the longer washer (0918016043 )

09160-14063 is the one i just ordered. I'll find out if it fixes the problem.

With no washer installed, there shouldn't be any more problems.

So remove the washer? What's the point of the washer? Besides damaging my belt

The washer normally keeps the belt up higher so it takes off with ease. I think that was their idea.. short spacer with washer...
With the long spacer, you do not use the washer.

can I run the shorter one without the washer or should I just order the longer spacer?

1) Spacer and washer.
2) long spacer.
Choose one or the other.
The spacer and washer should be fine. No Idea why it wasnt.

Ok so I put new washer in. It seemed other washer was oblong on center hole so we will see. I'll keep you posted.
