Default Would it be wise?????????

Eh... This post is depressing. I remember the 1st time Pete brought the Dale over to my house... Sopping wet, raining and fun as hell.

I completely understand what you feel though. Same thing with my R. Every time I ride it, I don't want to sell it. Either way, I think you'll take a beating. Your Dale is at Action right now getting serviced... Are you sure they're working on it? Pretty soon I doubt anyone will do warranty work on them, and their paid "service trained" people will start looking for a different line to work on.

There is no other equal to Cannondale being made today. Like you said, everything else is either underpowered or overweight. The Z400 looks like a decent replacment, but still not equal. If you do sell it, take some pics for your memory I think that Cannondale has made way too many innovations in this industry for someone NOT to pick up the ball and take it even farther. I just hope that the company that buys all their copyrights will actually give a damn about the motorsports industry and ATV Racing.

I still stand by my statment from 3 years ago: Cannondale will kill everything.

Im not sure why the wave of "Truth" this morning. I did consider buying a C-dale, but held off because I wanted to see how well they/the company did. Now we know..

The initial question was, "Would I be wise" as in wise to sell it. I advise that yes, it is. If you cant get parts, or service in the future, it would be wise to sell now. Would it not???

dawzie, I dont do tracks anymore, but if youd like to line up ill see what I can do about keeping your Dale from killing me. LOL

You guys dont HAVE to go down with a sinking ship. And when/if Cannondale comes back and hopefully stronger than ever, you can repurchase in a few years..

Well like I said earlier, IF it actually managed to sell, I wouldn't get crap for it. So I figure I'll just hang on to it and see what happens, and if later on in the future I do decide to sell it, I still won't get crap for it, but atleast I'll be avoiding the chance of regretting it. I know I won't regret keeping it. If I'm stuck with a non-running quad, then I'll just have to try to make the money to buy a motor that does run (whether it be a used C-dale motor or a dirtbike motor). I may have to sell the trusty Ol' Scoot, strip my motor down and sell it for parts, sell my ex-girlfriend (hehe, wouldn't mind doing that ), but some way or another, I'll keep on riding. But for the time being, I'm just gonna get my money's worth from the C-dale and have a good time riding. Which is what I'm about to go do right now.

Later

P.S. My update parts came in just before C-dale went under, so my quad is ready and I picked it up yesterday! Can't wait to tear some **** up! I mean tear up the ground, haha, I don't wanna tear up my quad.
