Tankhead,
I would definitely go with the 27's and 14" rims. You will not be disappointed! As for the warranty, it has been my experience if the dealer installs items they will back it, but as for the product it will have to be backed by the manufacturer unless it is an item they endorse at the dealership. It has also been my experience with vehicles as well that as long as the dealership who has to warranty the item does not feel that your modification is what caused the failure then they have no problem with the warranty. However, there are some warranty companies out there that just want your money and have no intention of paying out, thus the fine print!

I called the sales rep a couple days ago and he could only tell me it was up to the service manager on whether they only allow OEM parts or use aftermarket parts too. I iamgine it would depend on what/who's it is. I had to give my cell # since the service mgr was busy. Have yet to hear back. I guess I'll try back again. Kinda having 2nd thoughts about doin the 27"s and clutch kit. Thinking bout just stock 25" 589's. How many hours of labor should this take? I guess I need a lesson, among others, in how a clutch kit w/ 27" affects the overall performance vs keeping the stock tire size. Do you lose any top end installing a clutch kit? I think I read somewhere how much more can be gained from clutching a 700. Whats the more?
