You can cut out the winch hole yourself....Look very close to the back side of the cover you will remove to install the wench and there are templet lines to cut. there is a 2500lb line and a 3500lb line. I used a hooked roofing knife and heated it repetidly and melted it out. Just take your time it took me about an Hr to do.

I had to clean it off a little but u can see the 2 distinct lines. Thanks. The closest dealer is 40 miles away and they wouldn't drop ship my rack extender and cover when I ordered the X2. I can't wait to get everything in and installed. Ordered the Ricochet guards yesterday. That should get me started.

I guess I'll go w/ this winch. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...em=&item=200236637769. I hope I won't be disapointed w/ the 2500lb vs the 3500lb. There's a 3500lb for only $70 more. I don't have lots of property to work so I was thinking the 2500lb would suffice.</end quote></div>

hey bud i hate to break it to you but you would have been better off buying a viper or gorilla.. you pretty much got the same thing @ 3x the price.. that is NOT a WARN... it is a polaris knock off..

Thats OK! I feel much better having this unit than one of the others. I was just reading tooooo much feedback from them not performing. Ppls always got another but sometimes that didn't work either. I wanted one with a Polaris part # that fits right, installs easily and performs when needed. If anybody has had problems w/ or know about these not performing when needed, please respond! I couldn't find one.

My ATV-Guru rear bumper just came in! I haven't even opened it yet. Need more time this guy packed it so good. Dbl boxed, plastic wrapped w/ edges taped.

I got a tree strap cheap off eBay if I remember right. Also, a ****** block for under $20 including shipping and a nice tow strap for when one quad is on solid ground and can pull out the stuck one. Comes in handy when pulling trees out of the way. I also got the Polaris bed mat. It is VERY thick. I've left it in the box with nothing holding it down and it doesn't go flying off. It protects the bottom really well.

Polaris makes some bags that I bought for my X2 that fit perfect right in the areas beside the seat when its in the passenger mode, or its also a perfect fit for my ice chest to fit between them, when in sigle rider mode.

You can get them from your dealer, or from any online polaris dealre. They are little pricey, I think they were around a 100 bucks.
