Part# 321-1091.

Don't think it will work. Yours is smooth on one side and mine has ribs on both sides. Think it's for EBS ATVs.

You let me know.</end quote></div>

I have EBS and the smooth top belt (Polaris 3211069 belt), the top ribs are for supposedly better air circulation for cooling the belt housing.

Yeah I am pretty sure the 04.5 has a one way clutch...but eitherway I doubt the 1091 will work properly....
I think all the newer belts have the external ribs..and pics of the current 3211095 show it to have ribs..

Order the right one. $42..save yourself the hassle..

Ok, I think that I will have to look into the new belt there on ebay. I am still going to have to remove some shims on the secondary because the belt is running too much on one side of the primary clutch...with it running i can push the belt more to the center of the clutch and it stops squeeking and the belt does not try to turn any more....Thanks for all your guys help so far!!!

Cool...

You touching the belt is stopping it from turning though..don't get hung up on the fact that the belt turns in neutral...it will turn and should turn in neutral...Think of it this way:If the belt is not moving ..it is wearing...
If you need more confirmation watch this ...pay particular attention near the end..around 1:22 forward..

02Magnum,

Sorry it won't work. I knew it was a long shot but always worth the effort for a fellow forum member!
