Moose Carb Kit by MOOSE UTILITY DIVISION - 03202M - Cheap Cycle Parts

The valves have to be to spec or you might have to kick it over like 60 times before it will finally start.

Maybe he's referring to a jet kit?

i have been doing a lot of reading on carbs and everything i read says a flatside carb is far better than a round. is this true? this is the reason i was looking for a new carb instead of rebiulding mine. what directions should i go?

Rebuild yours. Flatslides are SLIGHTLY better, not WAY, and even that's only in theory.

thanks randy. hey, i am still trying to find the cover that is right behind front sprocket. i have looked everywhere but cant find one. any ideas?

cover? The magneto cover?

no. i dont even know what it is called. if you look at your front sprocket it is right behind it. it looks like the chain might have come off and hit it.

The only thing behind it is the engine case.
