Default 85 to 88 Suzuki LT230S Quadsport help.

Is it easy to kick? Hope not. The ones that are easy to kick, burn oil. Get the compression release lever off ebay.

Actually, just hit walmart or your bicycle
store, or something like that. pick a short lever and be done with it for way less money!!!!!!!!! Took me a while to figure that one out, for some dumb reason.

Default 85 to 88 Suzuki LT230S Quadsport help.

eh, its pretty hard most of the time (it will support my weight on the lever) i gotta jump to get it to go, but then sometimes it just goes super easy like whenever it wants to. it doesnt burn oil it was just rebuilt. i think i can probably get away without the release unless it affects fuel mixture on startup or anything like that

Yeah, no kiddin. I got my throttle cable from the bike section at walmart... Dont know why I didn't think about that for the decomp lever. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

Just wears out the kicker faster is all. Cheaper to get the lever than replace something in the kicker.

You know what kills me? Before I started messing with it, I could almost start the dang thing with my hand!!!..... No smoke, tons of power, no leaks, never used the decompression thing, first kick every time... I don't get it?

That's the way my bud's 250 is. It doesn't really appear to smoke, but you'll have no trouble figuring out which way he went down the trail by smell alone.
