Where are you guys purchasing the LTZ90 CDI? CT Racing just released their CDI for the LTZ50 but they want $200 bones for it....</end quote></div>
Got mine right from Suzuki right around $140

I was waiting for that comment. My kids don't even ride out of the barn without a helmet.
I know this thread is about the 50, but I removed the spacer on my sons LTZ90 & it now runs 30mph. Very big difference.

That picture was taken when the bike came out the dealer her pink "electric" Barbie Big Wheel could out run this thing..... It was really that slow, so if this thing was stock again trust me she doesn't have to wear a helmet . Now that it's modified with the spacer out and other goodies she always wears her helmet so everyone calm down. She rides bicycle faster than that stock ltz50..
I hope I don't scare any of the women after this 1 she rides my ltr450, that's right I change the gears while she steers and gases the quad...

30mph with just the spacer out that's good... We couldn't get that 90, the levers are just too big and really not meant for a small rider how old is your kid
Back to my original question
1/4 bit with 3/8 depth into each roller
Or a 1/4 inch pilot and finished with a 3/8 of an inch all the way through
How many rollers are there, 6???

EDC7002,
I'm glad to see she has a helmet... I hate to seem like a Safety freak... Now that that topic is done. :-) I used a 1/4 inch bit and drill into the weight to a depth of about 3/8 on an inch... And there are 6 roller weights in the LTZ50 clutch. You may have to adjuct to suit your riders taste but it doesn't take that long about an hour all told...
Good Luck,
Hibrass

Yes, but it is not really inportant. Mass/Weight is what makes them work. But one important part try to take care of the plastic outer case. if you nick or cut one you should replace it.
