edc7002,

I haven't been able to do much with the bike, it does run and appear to pull well but I don't have any numbers. I'm getting to much air after my airbox mod also.... (I have been running with the choke on.. LOL). In the meantime I still need to reset the clutch weights then I will be able to test the two CDI's side by side... But that is still a week or more away due to other commitments..

Good Luck,

Hibrass

ok,
I might go ahead and just get there exhaust kit.... these quads aren't getting enough fuel it needs that jet kit. After that is squared away I guess I'll get the cdi box and be done with it... I'm working on these pink decals for right now anyway my daughter wants it; what can I do

I can't believe your riding the bike with the choke on, you must be busy not to fix that... You where the 1 that said not to open the intake box too much...

Yeah it's not real bright not even following my own advice... LOL :-) But it works for now... But you are right lack of time as prevented me from fixing it properly... I'm looking forward to hearing how the Jet Kit works out for you because I have a feeling I will be ordering one right behind you!..

Good Luck and keep us posted on how your mods work out!

Is there a place to purchase a jet kit or do you have to make your own. I was never charged for or recieved my exhaust from CT racing. I have sent 3 e-mails and no one has got back with me. Does anyone have a phone number for those guys?

A jet kit is just a bunch of jets bought and sold. They usually are close to what is needed size wise.
You can buy the jets from most any bike/quad dealer.

I'd hang back and see who else makes a pipe.

I think I got a solution to the power problem.
Does anyone know where I can get different sprockets for the ltz 50?
We ordered a the cdi to incrrease the rpms then change the sprockets for more low end power the speed should be kept about the same with the increased rpms.
I would rather see a slower speed with power to move out of its own tracks than speed and no power.

Right now it will run 15 with the spacer out and wide open until the govenor kicks out.

But I need a place to get sprockets any ideas?
