RIDE, he bought that sprocket from kingquad450, but Kingquad ordered it from sprocket specialists. He said it took a long time to get, thats why he made his own 48 tooth sprocket.

I dont think you would want to do the clutch kit and sprocket together. Each gets about the same result so you shouldnt need both.

The stock tires aired down do a very good job of floating on the sand. From what I have seen with other kids quads running paddles they either dont have enough power to take advantage of them, or they just end up digging in. I plan on sticking with the stock tires until they need replacing...

KingQuad sold that to me. He ordered it but it from Sprocket Specialists but it was so slow to arrive that he fabbed up a 48 tooth sprocket. He was so happy with the 48 tooth sprocket that he sold me the 43 tooth sprocket.

I think for crawling through gullies and rough stuff a sprocket upgrade is a must for this machine. It's cheap and very effective. Ours still goes plenty fast for our kids. The sprocket is our only mod, although I do want to get the pipe from CT Racing for more low end power.

I'd like to add a headlight to "the little slug". Has anyone done this? I'd like to wire it so that it comes on with the ignition.
