back on the pink topic... we compensated all of our interned Japanese $25K/head!!! WOW!! can you believe it?? and you should what we're doing with our indians. you guys definitely lead the way on those issues... GET OVER IT!!
well, i guess it does come down to the dealer, but i've found the opposite from GM here, and Ford. Both are really clawing back a lot of stuff they used to cover under goodwill warranties, etc.. and resisting warranty issues as normal noises, or seepage isn't covered, only a complete burst.

OFC, it probably would be difficult. You would have to go find those federal standards, design something to that standard and then have someone grace their signature with it. You could probably buy a Burb/Excursion for what that would cost you.
I remember being a kid and no big deal to ride in the back of the truck. Though Darwin caught up to a kid in Fresno. there was a guy in a bed and 2 in the cab running from the cops. Well, they didn't quite make a turn (S/B Peach to E/B Shields on the north side of the airport. They cleared the chain link fence. They found the bed rider near one of the taxiways...
Last time I rode in the bed was Fall of like 1991. Clovis to Madera and back (HS football game).
Hmm, looks like a break in the weather. Rain stopped. Radar is looking clear. Will probably start pouring when I get to Hollister.

From what I've heard those late 90s GM truck platforms had garbage for fuel pumps. I'll tell you what sucks...climbing up a hill on a 2 lane highway and losing the fuel pump. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] Yeah. Dead pedal...momentum carrying you. Whew. Made it off the road.

Yes, I remember they tried that. No luck[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] I always knew GM products had a humming noise coming from their fuel pumps. But, this was something else[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]
