Default Canadain Dealer

Anyone know of a reliable Canadian Yamaha dealer that would ship parts to me in Florida for my 05 Kodiak? I noticed that the Canadian Yamaha site shows all kinds of part/accessories that my local dealer says he can't get yet. I tried emailing a few places via the Dealer Locator on the yamaha-motor.ca site but never heard back.

Thanks in advance.

That's weird that he can't get what you want. I have gone to the US Yamaha site and brought my dealer a part # and he got it brought in for me just fine.

Yes, he can do that. Problem is that I am trying to get Yamaha parts that are not listed on the US site and are listed on the Canadian site. I talked to a Canadian dealer and he said that he gets calls all the time from US customers looking for atv parts made by the manufacturers that they don't offer (or offer yet) in the US.

Of course my local dealer was the one that when asked if he could get me overfenders for an 05 Kodiak 450 replied by saying "What's an overfender?".....

Irishmackeral, dont forget to keep me posted when you find a source for them overfenders. Since I've put these bigger tires on I have noticed alot more mud on everthing. Sure wish they would hurry up!

I live in Canada and often buy DT200 parts for people in the states trying to do the Blaster conversion, who don't have access to them at the dealers. Id gladly ship somthing down to anyone who wants to buy things, I live next door to the local dealer, so it's never a problem.

Shav0! Can you help me out, haha
I am looking for a complete DT200 engine (bottom and top end along with cooling system), doesn't need to be in working condition. I will pay a reasonable price and for shipping.
I would also needthe wiring harness and cdi box.

I will gladly pay you for all these. If you want, send me an email at dmonik10@hotmail.com

If they say they can't get it there being lazy i had the same prob trying to get us parts hur. only one dealer would do it for me. The rest say they cant but can id explain it to you but im lazy =) in plain words the dealers who bring stff in are not making much of a profit off of it. But yea keep asking dealers arond you and one should be bound to do it. IF not ya try black foot, or riverside in edmonton AB or ES motorspots in edmonton alberta. I no ES will do it there good ppl so good luck
