dont take it out of the clutch cover. it is a pain in the *** to get everything back in alignment. you can take the foot lever off, thats about all i would do.

remember during reassembly you'll want to roll the kickstart shaft out before you attach the foot lever back on. it will keep pressure on the lever keeping it up against the kickstart rest,( the metal bracket on the clutch cover).

i went out for a little new years ride and thought id take another short video. im ashamed to say i dont wheelie too much. (always afraid of it coming backwards and breaking something) so on a whim i decided to start trying. i had NO idea that finding the balancing point is as easy as it is.

ok i have a question. when i rewired my bike, i tossed that old throttle/light switch. i currently have a spare bayou throttle on it and its just rigged to work. id rather find a throttle that would work with the original 230 throttle cable. any ideas aside from spending $100 for a universal throttle?

Default Throttle

I bought the Motion Pro throttle kit that came with cable and twist throttle that works on stock carb for under 50 bucks on ebay last year. I would think that might be your best bet.!
