Its really hard if its KN because you can't use compressed air or do any scrubbing. Its made of paper and very easy to make the "holes" bigger.</end quote></div>

I like my UNI foam filter that's nice and easy to clean. And if you get the stock fit one, its ten dollars less than the K&N one.

figuired i would let everyone know i got the tm28 dialed in. 20 pilot/ 280 main, 5L1 needle with the clip all the way at the bottom. engine runs good, i feel the main is a tad rich but once i get more seat time i will dial it in.</end quote></div>

Got it dialed, but it is a piece of **** now? And we are idiots for using it?

you have to be kidding me? i guess i should have never posted any of this info here. never mind. if you knew any thing you would know the accel pump is on the other side of the carb. you are looking at the head side of the carb. there is a reason all 4 STROKE race bikes use accel pump carbs, even the small honda 150r. there is actually a 22mm pumper carb out know from mukini. good luck making any real hp with a 2 stroke carb. if you put your bike on a dyno you would see that the rich as$ needle you are running is killing the performace of your engine. we are making 21hp out of the 190cc.Name: tm28-1b.jpg

You know what, I don't usually mess with people when they are talking about mechanical stuff, because I can admit that I am in no way a mechanic..
Why would you post crap like that on here with such an arrogant additude?
Almost a year ago you were posting semi cognitive questions like a reasonable human being. But now you are the end all be all, carburetor God, and everyone else is an idiot? No room for discussion?

"the small engine comment has to be the dumbest thing i have heard on the net lately. you think 230cc is small. we have built and made 23hp with 177cc engines. it's not the cc, it's the hp. 11k rpms is not high enough for you? come on man do some research? "

Come on man! Smell yer toilet paper! YOUR **** DOES STINK, JUST LIKE MINE!

Randy has proven again and again that he does his research, is obviously more of a mechanic than you, can admit when he is wrong, and learns from his mistakes..

You could learn a lot from him, if you would extract your swollen head from your ***!!!

I am sad to say, that I have lost my temper on someone I don't even know (and wouldn't want to)

Oh yeah, who are the "WE" that are making 23hp on the 177cc engine?? And since I am in an elementary school, lets fight in the playground after school mood, where is your proof, as if I cared!

Nice patrol sherif PG!

back to bad reality, I can't get my swing arm bearings out. I have not tried heat yet, but it does not look good.

Hey Randy, what are the chances you have the dimensions you used for modifying that axle?

I plan on getting new ones, but this is the swing arm I want to lengthen, and I do not want to lengthen it until I know I have a good tube to put new bearings in.

The only torch I have is a standard one for doing copper fittings and such.
