Wow! 3MB! I wonder if they'll get up to a gig?

Bigger power supply. Laptops could be faster, but they wouldn't last as long on the battery.

 

When I got the truck the check engine light bulb was missing along with the door ajar light and a few others... Plus the dome light. I was wondering why the chime would never stop once the door was shut when the keys was left in the ignition. The door switches broke (common problem) and so the guy took the dome light out as a fix. While he was at it, he yanked the door ajar and check engine lights.

 

Sounds like a smart prof. Figures everybody will wait to the last second to cram, so he knew everybody would still be up, lol.

 

well, my "special needs" dog woke me up and went and did his business. sad story, he's a sweet 2 yr old golden retriever w/ a rare progressive liver disease. he's prolly got a month or so left and then he's gonna be post-mortemed by some specialist vets.
talk about screwed up sleep routine! (me, not the dog!)

my ranger runs pretty good, no trouble light problems, tows my utility trailer down the road fine. just tired and and time for a tune-up. kinda like the owner...LOL

will this laptop copy and burn dvd's? (not that i would ever violate any copyright laws...)

 

all this talk about new pc's and windows vista got me to digging around thru my old paperwork and software. i forgot just how good i was at tweaking and hacking. don't mean to sound like i'm bragging, but you better have a current backup if you pi$$ me off!

my wifo's been carping on me to get back into the biz but i got so tired of the corporate scene. too many f'ing whiners, suckups and drama queens. give me a project and a deadline, then get the fock outa my face. yeah, my handle's MalHombre. that's just code for Malcontent. just another social misfit! LOL

 

It should, most of them do these days. Looking at the specs on your machine @ BB, you can burns labels on your CDs with your computer! My new one has that feature but I haven't tried it yet. The guy at BB was saying when you're done burning, you flip it over and the laser burns a label of your choosing on.

 

My cousin w/ the 250X got an 88 (I think) Ranger when he was 14, rebuilt it from the ground up. Then drove it for a few months after he turned 16, then it burned to the ground in an electrical fire. haha.

One time we were driving somewhere and I was behind him in my 1991 GMC K1500 ext cab and he had a bed full of junk. Well he went to take a turn and quickly realized he didn't re-bolt his bed down. Needless to say, it slid right off the frame and dumped all his $hit in the road.

 

Man, that test was a b!tch. We got to class and he said we couldn't have example on our note sheets. Of course my entire note sheet was examples. Can't imagine I passed that one. How can he tell us what we can have on our notes as he's handing out the tests??? ARGH!
