Got the carb cleaned out, shes now moving which is great and made the kids happy but still not quite right. From what I am reading it sounds clutch related which is a bummer. But it is idling a bit lower than before, maybe not a problem but the low end power isn't there. Once I got speed or on a downhill she cranks. Any shot there is something with the carb that's not quite right, throttle cable maybe? Or am I going back in the clutch again?

Is it still a little hesitant on start up? If so may do a compression check to eliminate that possibility.

Pretty sure I am good to go! Had her flying last night. I think it is just issue's with the play in the throttle cable at this point and taking it apart must have made it worse. The throttle screw was in relatively far for the kids along with too much cable play and I think it just wasn't opening up the throttle enough. When I backed the screw out she was flying again. Gotta mess with the cable, I coudn't get it somewhat tight, just feels sloppy to me. I know some play is normal but I feel like I have 2 or 3x what normal play should be.

It had been firing up immediately previously, this start took a few tries for some reason. Didn't think much of it, then it started bogging again, almost stalling out. The idle was kinda of all over the place but it never really gained full power for more than a few seconds after that. Got dark out so I just parked it. The carb is supposedly brand new and it looks it, not to say somethings not wrong with it but seams unlikely. Also, I noticed some black oil dripped out of the bottom of the exhaust. Any suggestions as to where you would start here? I pulled off the air filter since its quick but it looked great.
Maybe cause of trouble it's the valve clearance if you have this trouble with hot engine

Check the valves. To access them, remove the muffler bearing. LMAO

Not sure if you read the rest of the thread but my main issue appeared to be carb related. But atleast I got a cleaned up clutch out of it because it was disgusting. She's been running great.
