no doubt, we knew we'd miss the trailer space. thought i'd lose some weight tho & the pulling would be better. BUT, we can haul all the toys much easier now. like i said before, if there was a PERFECT set-up, we'd all have it.

Didn't I mention this when you first talked about going to this set-up

Originally posted by: confusedbuyerhmm, think PSD. well, this darn camper i have is 11' 5", with an extended overhang (north/south bed). man, is it HEAVY, on a dually! and with the enclosed trailer, i'm really not much further ahead than i was with my 30' TT and quad deck. somehow, i thought i'd be a little lighter, but it's barely noticeable. only all the lost trailer/camping space is noticeable

Back to the topic that this great thread was started for the 7.3 PSD
This morning I went out to start my truck and it wouldn't turn over there was hissing, chimming and clicking going on Check the red/green idiot eyes on the batteries. The passenger battery was red the left green. Hooked the battery charger up to it and was able to get it started. Took it to the local Ford dealer, they checked the electrical system. Right battery had zero, notta, zilch CCA's and the left had 410 CCA's They didn't charge me for the test or their services to exchange the batteries Got 2 new batteries for $200. Both have a 4 year unlimited replacement warranty I was happy
My window is also working better too

just got back from a 4 day quad trip. lotsa great riding and pics (sorry, all SLR 35MM, no digis). saw a couple of black bears. we were camped all alone, for free, right on this river that's more like a creek right now. It was prolly around 80 degrees, and REALLY dusty. boy, was that river nice for bathing, relaxing, keeping stuff cold. the deepest part was about 4', so we didn't have to worry about the kids. JUST started raining here... i guess we need it after a month of sun.

The perfect set up? Hmm. It would be low-weight and zero drag.
