It's all wired up for one plug to plug in. Just don't run everything at once...

We were going to mount a drill press. Until it came in. Boss got like a 12" press. The damn thing was 4' tall..on top of an already nearly 4' tall table. One guy in the shop might have been able to run it. LOL Thing ways a ton: 4'x8' x 3/8 (or 1/2") steel plate top. Legs are like 6"-8" square tubing. And 2x6 runners under the table for forks to move it around with a fork lift. Sits on 6" castors.

Welp. Its officiall. The 6.0 is slow. Well compared to 7.3 with some mods [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
I DID make it down to town last night(B&R knows what im talkin about lol) to do a few things..
Anyways i was drivin down one of the main roads to my grandmas house and this guy in this 6.0(or at least im pretty sure it was, it had the newer mirrors and sounded different) pulled up next to me. I ws pretty much just cruisin, he was playin with the throttle a few times tryin to get my attention i looked over and i hit it WOT and blew smoke all over the place lol. He pulled up next to me and was like " haha Dude thats Nice!" and gave me the thumbs up. Later on the same stretch of road we cought an open spot. I pulled pretty good on him [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] He pulled up to me at the next light and asked what all was done to it ect and said the he had just gotten exhaust and a filter for his. Oh, i was running the 85hp program BTW.. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

The 6.0s turbo is louder compared to a 7.3 stock turbo right? Cuz his was loud.

It seems like they sing pretty loud. When I was at Pismo that one that about blew up was screaming pretty loud.

I'll be able to take my table with me too[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I won't have electrical hooked to it, seeing I do have a retractable power cord hanging above it[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I am eyeing a table top drill press and sand blaster. I think the 6.0's turbo is quieter myself, next time I'm in one, I'll pay closer attention.

 

My girls and I played the part of true rednecks this weekend[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Went to the monster trucks show 2 days in a row. Last night was definately better[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Did see Maximum Destruction tear up his truck and then roll it[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] They had a jet powered fire truck there, pretty cool, to bad it couldn't fly[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] It did put out some heat[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

 

stock 6.0 vs stock 7.3, the 6.0 is much quieter. you did say he'd done the exhaust, o my guess is that'd explain wh y it seemed louder than normal.

Yeah he also said he had a filter or an intake too so that may explain it as well.
I know the motor is deffinatly quieter but i was thinking that the turbo since i think it puts out more psi is a lil louder.
