Anything under you might get a lecture followed by a 24 hr suspension. What kind of a male human would do that to another male? That's what ya call a waste of skin. So my brother disputed the AMOUNT only, and the judge gave him a big lecture. He shoulda lectured the cop! MD, I hope you NEVER EVER issued these types of citations. It's that type of thing that makes people despise LE instead of respecting it.
