Yea, the blood and glove were all part of the framing from LAPD. It worked, hey let the real killer oof Look at how hard OJ is trying to find the real killer From the 14 th hole on the back side
Anyways, for us to do that manuever, you need supervisor approval speeds have to be below 25 mph and it has to be at a intersection while the suspect is turning. So, needless to say, we don't do them. Stop Stixs are easier and don't need approval to use them I can't say what CHP's policy is.
Like I said earlier, in a homicide case circumstantial evidence is a lot of your case. Sometimes, you need to forgo your "not so upstanding gentleman of society" And let the evidence support itself. My GOD, IIRC, he owned a 9mm that was now missing/unaccounted for and they couldn't find the gun she was shot with I tell ya, if you want to kill someone, go down south. I don't know what is up with the Da's office down there

re: "the manouever" (sounds like a Seinfeld episode) , and giving up chase, etc..., Whatever happened to the old saying, "ya can't outrun a Motorola" ?
the whole police chase thing really riles me. their job is to catch bad guys, so they're really doing what they're trained to do. and if it becomes known that police policy is to not pursue, you encourage the POS to initiate a pursuit. BUT; the tragedy is someone innocent is often killed during pursuit, often the officer. so if the POS is caught, he might face 1-2 years served (max). was the innocent citizen's or cop's life worth such a trivial penalty? the courts need to take this type of crime WAY more seriously. to me, it's all about INTENT, and what could have happened. the only thing separating murder from attempted murder is luck. the POS' intent is exactly the same in either cae; to murder. in a chase, you could kill someone, and the only thing saving you was luck. you put people's lives at risk (altho i'm sure it's not quite the same as intending to murder someone, but it's not very far behind, cuz what do you think will happen when you act that recklessly?). much stiffer penalty needed.
yep, Blake, duh... how could i forget?

I guess it's better then when I was growing up We used bb guns back in the day I guess that's why the "Red Ryder" bb gun in the Christmas Story hits home in my house

wow, you post-hos, yer sure making it long read to get to the reply spot!
MD, movie was Armageddon. But it also reminds me of the one with Morgan Freeman as USA Prez, Tea Leoni is the media chick who makes her career out of breaking the story. Essentially, asteroid headed to earth that's gonna wipe out mankind. It was a very good movie. so i wonder what they're not telling us?? I mean, why blow up a comet that's going to be 80mil miles away?? maybe they don't want mass hysteria? and i thought a comet was mostly loosely gathered ice particles and dust, not really a big solid mass like an asteriod. but i can't remember that stuff for sure.....it's been 30 years since i had an interest in it.
Mounties??? ya mean like the Royal Canadian Mounted Police?? now there's a variety of cool uniforms! the red serge, the Sam Brown, musical ride uni with the puffed out thighs.
HEY, my pal just traded in his Lightning for a Lincoln pick-up truck. they're so new up here, i still haven't seen one yet. but he sent me some links and they look pretty cool.
